Got the wrong size? Changed your mind about the colour?
You can request a return of your purchased item/s, for exchange or store credit within 7 days after receiving your them, and you must return them to us within 14 days of our return request response.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with details, photos if necessary, order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return and exchange. We are not liable for any missing returns so it is recommended that you send the goods with tracking services to avoid missing parcel problems.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as matching sets). We also do not accept returns and refunds for sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the unfortunate but rare event that you have been sent a damaged product, please inform us immediately. We will then notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit equivalent to the amount purchased.
